Carousel Feature for the Gallery In Sunspot Theme Refuses To Behave Correctly

  My problem is this:

  The Carousel Feature for the Picture Gallery in the Sunspot Theme won’t stop activating even though I’ve unchecked the Carousel feature in Media Settings.

  It still displays every time I click a link, putting my readers through an unnecessary step to go to the necessary page.

  I’ve looked at other themes and found that this is not a problem. I hope it’s not Sunspot and that there’s just something wrong with my specific site, something that can be fixed.

  I really, really like Sunspot and the way my site is now: I’ve put a lot of work into it and I don’t want to switch to another theme, so any ideas?
