Cart and checkout not working

  My cart and checkout are not working. I deactivated all plugins, transferred to WooCommerce store front and Bluehost tried for 24 hours to fix it and nothing is working. WooCommerce status says ID is valid, but not connected. Went to connect it, WooCommerce updated again I need this fixed ASAP. people are coming to my site and can’t purchase.
