Cart and Checkout pages are blank

    Hi,

    We use the Ultimate Auction Pro plugin, and suddenly the Cart and Checkout pages are blank. Switching to the Storefront theme fixes this issue.

    Do you have any recommendation please?

    If the issue is resolved when you switch your theme over to Storefront, this suggests to me that there may be a conflict between the theme you were using and the Ultimate Auction Pro plugin.

    I suggest the following:

    1. To begin with, I recommend checking that your plugins and themes are updated, especially the Ultimate Auction Pro plugin and the theme you prefer to use. The issue could be caused by something that has been patched in an update.
    2. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, try clearing your site’s cache to see whether there could be a caching issue on the site. Here is more information about this: https://wordpress.com/support/clear-your-sites-cache/
    3. If the issue persists, I recommend following our guide to troubleshooting plugins and themes, here: https://wordpress.com/support/plugins/solve-problems-with-plugins/ .
