Cart Icon and Cart Count

We are looking to add a cart icon and cart count to a custom menu bar we have created. What is the code / CSS for us to add this feature?
It automatically add is to the secondary header, but since we have created our own headers we can’t get it to display

If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
