Carter & Cone claim that we need license for Miller Text font

We have received an email allegedly from Carter & Cone alleging that we are using their Miller Text font and need to obtain a license for its use. Is this a legitimate concern? I don’t even know if we’re using that font. Advice, please? Thanks.
