  In June 2018, my manager created our company’s website with the following address: casa-capitano.com. She is no longer employed with us, and the username and password she left with us does not work to get into the account. What can I do? I need to get into the website and update our hours of operation! please help!

  Looks like you’re in the wrong forum. Your site could be using the open source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  I know this can be confusing, but there are two types of WordPress. If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org you can read this document:
