  hi tc,

  how can i create a page that visitor are redirected to after they click the red CTA button? Page content should include a window for leads first and last name, email and phone contact with wall paper art in background?

  It sounds like what you are wanting would be a Customized Contact Form. After you create and publish one, go to Customize > Theme Options > Homepage Template and in the Hero Content you will find the following.
  <a href="https://gatewaydemo.wordpress.com/add-a-call-to-action-button/" class="button">Please Schedule my Consultation</a>
  Replace the URL in the above with the URL of your contact page.

  To add wall paper background to the Contact entry content area, it would require Custom CSS, which is a feature of the WordPress.com Premium Plan.
