i want my blog to be very organized
i’m having trouble with the catergories
i want to be able to post content under each of my catagories but when i do they don’t show up. they just show up on my main/home page.
how do i fix this. what do i do.

When you publish a post with a category set for them and create a category page, all posts with that particular category will be displayed in the category page. Please ensure if you have followed all steps listed in below documents if you are facing an issue regarding category pages.

they just show up on my main/home page.
When you publish a new post, by default your homepage will display your latest posts irrespective of the category you have set for them. If you don’t want your homepage to display your latest posts, in your site dashboard add a new page, and title your new page “Home.” Fill it up with some static content and be sure to publish this page.
Once done launch the Site Customizer and click on the Homepage Settings tab on the left.
Select the A static page option, then choose your new page from the Homepage drop down.
If you would like to have a blog, you have the option to set up a separate page to display your recent posts elsewhere on your site other than homepage.
As with setting a static “home” page above, you will need to create a new page called “blog” and return to the site customizer and follow the same steps stated above.
Choose blog page from the Posts page drop down.Hope this helps.
