  I’m so confused! I do not know how to add my other catagories. The more I to follow these so called easy steps, the more frustrated I get!. I can not add any new catagories. I don’t understand why. Can anyone please tell me what to do. Step by step. Please! Because these steps are not working for me.

  Just to be sure, were you following the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/#adding-categories-with-the-categories-module ?

  If so, at which point were you running into trouble?

  Do I need to show the catagories and tags on the blog page?

  YIKES! I’m so sorry that was error. I didn’t realize I had selected all that. :(

  You are using the Ivove theme and you can prevent the display of authors, categories and tags.
  Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > Theme Options

  Scroll down to

  Posts __ Show author on posts. __ Show categories on posts. __ Show tags on posts.

  Disable Categories and Tags and then click “Save Changes”
