Catagory link at end of post

I just created a blog that has 4 categories that I and my fellow authors want to address, however at the end of each post a link to the category appears in this fashion:
from-> General
When you click on that link it doesn’t take you to all the posts in my blog as would be expected and intuitive, rather it takes you to some mixed up random collection of unrelated blogs from all over.
So, how do I fix this problem?

This isn’t in need of “fixing” it’s a feature. All that tags and categories you assign to a post are the tags and categories that your post is listed under in the wordpress.com global tagging pages. They appear in order of date/timestamp. The categories widgets, categories cloud widget, and tag cloud widgets your sidebar direct only to the posts in your own blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/global-tags/

Ok well it may be a feature for you, but its an problem for me.
I want to remove it, or change it so it operates the same way as those in the widget, solutions? -
No easy solutions.
With the < href=”http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/”>Custom CSS Upgrade you may be able to tweak the CSS code and remove it.
You can switch to the INove theme.
