Catalogue Products and Products to sell

  I have a client that is using WooComerce as a catalogue for their products, we have suppressed the cart and price input fields. They have a separate range of products they want to sell. Can I have 2 separate channels of product listings-1 for catalogue only and 1 for online sales?
