To purchase a premium plan, click on this link and select the website you want to upgrade, then click upgrade in the premium section.

I can see cataloniawelcome.com is already registered by you. You can connect it to your WordPress.com website using domain mapping: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
*remove advertising
It is possible to remove the “WordPress” advert from a domain name by using an upgrade. This will work if the domain without the “WordPress” advert is available. cataloniawelcome.com is already registered, so it won’t be available for registration but you can connect it to your website as stated above.

It is normal for Ads to appear on free sites. Upgrading to a paid plan will remove any form of WordPress.com Ads.
Here is a quote from the Terms of Service:
Advertisements. Automattic reserves the right to display advertisements on your blog unless you have purchased an Ad-free Upgrade or a VIP Service account.
