  It won’t let me add a new category. It says I do not have permission to do so when I try to.

  First try clearing your cookies and cache.

  If you’re on a Mac using Safari, try Firefox or Camio. Safari has problems with Ajax (the flavor of javascript wp.com uses).

  If that doesn’t work, you’ll have to send in feed back to staff through your dashboard when they open for the week.
