  I only have a few categories for my blog but they form an acronym. I would like to put them in the correct order. I can’t seem to get them to not be in alphabetical. Please, help?

  Use a Text Widget or a Custom Menu.

  The Categories sort is alphabetical in the Categories widget and cannot be changed http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/categories-widget/

  It worked out! Took some tooling around but I got it working with a mixture of a custom menu and reorganizing my widgets.
