  I have published several items uncategorized. I wish to add a new category, and include some old and future posts in that new category. How do I do that?

  I’d suggest using the Bulk Edit feature which is only available in the WP Admin dashboard. You can learn more about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#quick-edit

  Your Posts Screen is found at http://notrub.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php From there, you can add a category to one post (quick edit) as well as select several already published posts (bulk edit) to add to that category.

  When you want to add a new post to that category, you will be able to do so from the New Post Editor.

  Thank you very much for your help, Jennifer. I’ll try it tomorrow. An old buddy is coming from out of state shortly to sample our produce here in Beer City USA (Grand Rapids, Michigan). Appreciatively, Mike
