You can choose not to display categories by visiting: https://wordpress.com/customize/blog25984.wordpress.com
– Click the “Content Options” button in the left-hand column
– Under “Post Details,” uncheck the “Display Categories” option
– Click the “Save & Publish” button on the top of the left-hand columnHope this helps!

1. To edit or delete a category assigned to a post (whether it’s a draft or has already been published), go to Dashboard → Posts → All Posts in your dashboard, hover over the title and click the Edit link. To delete the post click the Trash link.

2. To edit/delete categories in your dashboard go to Dashboard → Posts → Categories
