  I have added the categories widget, but i don’t know how to add categories within it. Like, i have the categories thing on my side bar but i don’t know how to list the categories and i can’t find the answer to this anywhere.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You have checked the checkbox “Display as Dropdown” in the Category Widget settings, that’s why it’s shown as dropdown. You can un-check the same and you will get list of the Categories.

  You will need to create categories for your post and choose the categories for posts, then they will automatically be displayed in your category widget.
