  how do I delete or remove a category?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To remove a category from a post:
  Go to My Site > Posts and click on the post you want to edit
  Click on the Settings button to open post settings
  Click on Categories
  Uncheck the category you want to remove

  To delete categories altogether:
  Go to My Site > Manage > Settings > Writing
  Click on Categories
  Find the category you want to delete, and click the three dots, then click delete.
