  I do not know how to edit the categories as it is saying “uncategorized” and I do not see anything about this in the descriptions.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  “Uncategorized” is the default category. The default category is assigned when you don’t assign a post to another category. How to do that is described in the Assigning Posts to Categories section of the Categories support page.

  You may also change the default category. See the Assigning Default Category section of the Categories support page for how to do that.

  You may edit and delete categories at Manage → Settings → Writing → Categories as described in the Manage Categories and Tags section of the Writing Settings support page.
