Categories

    I’ve just written a blog post using the Classic editor and in the preview it’s classed as uncategorised. How do I stipulate which categories to put it in before publishing as I can’t find a categories section like I could before?

    Hi there,

    For which site is this, and did you use the classic editor in WP-Admin, or the classic block?

    In the WP-Admin classic editor, there should be a module in the editor for categories and tags. If you don’t see it, click Screen Options at the top of the screen, and make sure that module is enabled.

    If you’re using the block editor, make sure you’re on the Post tab of the sidebar, and you’ll see the options for adding categories and tags there:
