  How do I delete a category from the blog page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Either go to the post itself, open it as an edit and uncheck the category. Or to delete the category completely from your whole blog (which will, in that case, remove that category from all other posts that use it) go to your dashboard, then to ‘Posts’ (in the left hand panel), then to ‘Categories’. On the Categories page, look or search for the category you want to delete, check the box next to it, and choose ‘Delete’ from the drop down menu and click the ‘Apply’ button.

  Hello,

  By any chance would you know how to reorganize categories. I went into Categories and added a new category and then edited some of the other categories to make the new category the parent category. this shows in the admin categories page but not on the live site. any idea how to make this happen? Thanks.

  Until you actually publish a post in any category the categories widget will have no data to display.
