Categories?

When I want to look at a categories I go to the reader and it shows me all the posts in that categorie but I don’t know what categorie I’m in. How do I find out what categorie I’m in and change it. This is the link to my blog https://thefulltimeparent.wordpress.com/ . Please help, I really want people to find my blog but I don’t know how to catagorise it.
