categories and articles
-
I have created a number of categories and labelled my articles accordingly. However, my 5 articles appear in every single category and I am unable to remove them.
But my worst problem is that I cannot connect to my wordpress blog by typing the address and doing a google research since today. I now have to go back to yesterday’s historic in order to access my own site.
Please help. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

For questions not specifically about CSS you’re much more likely to get a response if you post in the appropriate section of the forum.
That said, it looks like you have sorted your categories issues out, I can only see 2 posts showing up for your les fougères category.
Your site is very new so it hasn’t yet been indexed by Google. It can take a number of weeks for this to happen so sit tight and eventually your posts will start showing up. One way to check is to limit search results to only your subdomain – once that link starts showing results you’ll know Google has found you!

I’ve just realised you meant in the categories widget in your sidebar – oops, sorry!
You only really need to include the widget once, if you want to separate the categories out into a widget for each you should try setting up custom menus and using the custom menu widget instead.

Thank you very much for your help. I am new at this game so badly in need of advice.
I will now try to find the customs menu widget by clicking on your link. All this is not obvious since I am working with a French translation and I think I am already using it.
I would also like to set up an opening page (what the French call ‘une page d’accueil’) featuring the introduction to my blog presently stuck in ‘Articles récents’ at the bottom of the list.
Many more thanks for your time. -
If you want a front page for your site with an introduction, see our Static Home Page support document for an explanation on how to set that up.
