categories and comments are not shown anymore after changing a theme

    i use the free theme sela. i changed for half an hour into another free theme and then changed back into sela. Now my categories and customer-comments are gone, they are not shown anymore in the Frontend. In the backend they are still there. I can´t find a way to restore them. Can anybody help?
