Categories and Pages
-
Hello there,
I just published a website, designed the pages and categories. But my problem is I designed the top menu with different style pages and I want to write a blog. But each post will be under different page. I think I need to give a link to categories for the pages or vice versa. But I can’t do it. I read all the previous topics. They are all about listing categories as menus on header. Can’t we do it after we designed the pages and posts by linking categories to pages? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi! When you create a category, it will always receive an automatically-generated category page. The guides typically refer to adding a link to this automatically-generated category page to your menu. I can see that on your site, you have already added the links to each category page in your “What Would You Like To Read?” section, and published posts in various categories so they appear on the different category pages!
With your theme (Creatio) which is compatible with the Site Editor, you can actually customize the appearance of all of your category pages, or even each individual category page, without needing to create a second, “manual” set of category pages.
Is this something you would be interested in doing? If so, we have a guide to editing the Archive template which could be helpful for you.
