Categories and Pages at main menu appear randomly

  i check them all at Dashboard>Appearance> Menus>Categories,Pages etc and it seems that all are ok..but the home page apperas only 5 categories, randomly (home page button twice!)…i think it s because of the latest Problem of wordpress (Our domain system is temporarily unavailable.) ..but i read that the problem solved at all domain..so is there a chance that only my site wasnt fixed??

  okkkk i fixed that..there was a problem at manage locations..it was out of order the primary menu bbutton!
