Categories and Subtitle

  I like to have Categories and Subtitle, I can’t find how to do it
  Mixed Media – is a category > “Windows” will be subtitle that will show in a slideshow all the images that are related

  It’s not really clear what you want, so I’ll respond to three separate interpretations.

  1. If you’re asking for a custom category archives page which displays a slideshow, that’s a good idea, but that’s not something that’s generally available for WordPress.com websites. There may be a website that has such an option as a special feature.

  2. If you want “Windows” and perhaps other subcategories to each display a portion of related images selected from those in the gallery/slideshow at “Mixed Media,” that’s easily accomplished, but not through assigning categories. You can copy the Mixed Media slideshow and paste it into “Windows,” then edit it so that it only displays the images that you want to appear in that slideshow.

  3. If you’re asking for subcategory pages, such as “Windows” to display in the header menu in a drop-down menu under the category “Mixed Media,” then this may be easily accomplished by either assigning Mixed Media as the parent of “Windows” at Page Attributes, or by creating a Custom Menu, and nesting the subcategory page under the main category.

  In either case in the third interpretation, the content of the slideshow can not be automatically created by assigning images to a certain category. You’ll have to upload all the images to appear in the slideshow of related images to a post or page via add media.

  On #1, in my first post, “There may be a website that has such an option as a special feature,” should have been “There may be a theme that has…”

  I’m trying to copy images from a page and save it on another page
  it worked and i did copy some pages and now i can’t do it any more

  Copy and paste from one page to another? What happens when you try to do this?

  Thanks, now I was able to copy and move to another Subtitle

  Have anther question who do I highlight the font in the categories menu

  That would require CSS customization. You might try asking at the CSS Customization support forum.
