  how to make categories with sub categories
  example
  Category x
  >>Sub-Category x1
  >>Sub-Category x2
  Category y
  >>Sub-Category y1
  >>Sub-Category 21
  wordpress.org?
  do i need to pay any so that i can i have mg blog?

  dashboard > posts > categories >
  either add category and assign it to a parent category
  or if you already have a category that you want to make into a child cat:
  choose edit a category from the list on the right > assign it to a parent
