Categories aren't being displayed

Though I set the option to display categories for every post and though I have looked at my blog from different computers and waited a few days, no categories appear next to my posts. It’s still only tags, though I double checked I activated categories as well.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Which theme are you using? I can’t see your blog (it’s private) so I can’t check it myself.

I’m having the same problem. On my blog, one of my categories (“Asia”) doesn’t show up at all. As for the rest, when I hover over the categories, most of the sub-categories don’t show up even though I’ve marked blogs using both the category and subcategory (i.e. “Ethiopia” and “Morocco” under the category “Africa”, or any of the countries I’ve blogged about under “Europe”, “Middle East” and “North America”).
