categories arranged other than by time

Category content appears to be structured by post time. Can i rearrange content according to other structure eg topic

I’m sorry but we cannot change the way Categories are structured. It’s part of the core of WordPress.

if i choose to blog the alphabet, accepted order calls for a structure abc..xyz –
however, maybe i write in order m s h e n l s s a d as i feel
i create a category ‘alphabet’ and it is ordered in linear time as above
is there a way to reorder this particular category to read a d e h l m n s s s -

I don’t comprehend what you just stated at all. All blogs are designed to display posts and Archive and Categories and Tags in the same way ie. in reverse chronological order with the most recently published post on top. This cannot be changed.
