Categories in main menu

  Hi,

  I am making a new site using WordPress and I would like to know if its possible to add a drop menu that shows categories that have content in them.

  I dont mean a drop menu that lists them all, if you check the link below you can see on the right of the page its possible to have a drop menu that shows categories that have posts.

  But if i try to do the same on the top main menu, i can only get a drop menu that lists all categories, but i dont want them to show if the category is empty.
