Categories in new post editor

  Perhaps this has been covered in the closed topic, but I couldn’t find it. In the new post editor, categories are listed in a numerical/alpha order. I have several categories with subitems under them and much prefer this format. Is it possible to retain that organization in the new post editor? Right now that is the only thing holding me back from leaving the one in the dashboard.

  Hi there,

  At the moment there isn’t any way to change the organizational structure of your tags within the either of the editors. If you would like, I would be more than happy to submit that as a suggestion, but as with any suggestion I wouldn’t be able to guarantee when or even if such a suggestion would be implemented.

  I would like to have the categories in hierarchical order in the new editor. It’s how I have organized them, and the alphabetical order is confusing. Besides, it doesn’t show me all the categories!
