Categories in publication theme

  HI, I just loaded the publication theme on my blog and create categories to my posts as well as the menu. How do i make the category title appear on top of each post just like the examples in the theme itself ?

  Note that the menu is hidden behind the little three bar icon on the top righthand corner of the theme.
