Categories linking to pages

  Is there any way to link categories to pages on the online version of the blog without having to download wordpress and code in php. I’m trying to have my latest posts appear up on the main page and on the page that they are about e.g new badminton story on main page and then it also appears when the badminton link is clicked

  It sounds like you want to add a category page to your site’s menu. You can do this by following these instructions:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-category-pages-to-your-menu
