categories menu disappeares when changing themes

  My categories menu disappeared when changing themes so now I only have Home and About in my main menu. How do i restore this? I don’t have many posts or pages/categories but don’t know how to restore it. I changed themes from Crafty to Motif. Please help.

  Custom menus are deactivated when you switch theme. You need to go to Appearance > Menus and set your menu as the primary menu.
