Categories not being added to list

  Having problems on my blog with categories. I am not able to add any new categories to my list. They are showing up in the dashboard as existing, but on the actual page they are not there. The example I can provide is that my category list is supposed to have “Reviews” as one of the categories and it’s simply not there. I have tried deleting the category and adding it all over again, and nothing is working. Any help would be great. I want to be able to add onto what I already have.

  Nevermind, it’s because I wasn’t doing it through the custom menu widget but was adding them in the basic category section for the blog. Solved minutes after I posted.
