Categories not Linking properly

has anyone ever seen this before?
when you click on the post at the home page – the link returns an error – it will not link to the full post in the category..
also the category itself is not linked..
it happens on every theme,, something with the install perhaps?

my link on categories of blogroll is not working. i have added new categories under blog roll such as infocom, health, law, trusts and funds but only the old ones are shown in the blog. how all the blog rolls can be shown?

You need to be asking at WordPress.org, as this support forum is only for WordPress.com hosted blogs, and our software is very different from yours.
