Everything seemed to be back, but I had a category assigned to many posts I’d never assigned it to; I deleted it, and it seemed to make my category display go away again, and category listings on each post aren’t displaying, either. http://lawcasts.wordpress.com/

Basically the categories Blogroll and blogseeds are missing from my page. Ever since I switched to the Diggs 3 Column Theme and using the Widget Links to display in one of the columns. The two above mentioned categories are missing…..http://julesplife.wordpress.com/

I have been editing my blog posts to create better consistency. I assigned the Category Conscious Living to all of the 5 posts below. Although the Conscious Living category can be seen on the admin side as correctly marked in the Categories box it appears only on post 3 and does not appear on posts 1, 2, 4, 5.

The categories at my blog (http://www.theblahblah.wordpress.com) are all messed up. They appear to be correct when I’m in my Dashboard looking at what tags are attached to what posts, but when I go to view the site, a number of things are wrong: 1) In the Categories section, I am missing parent categories of “album,” “artist,” and “music style.” 2) In the Categories section, I am missing dozens of sub-categories that should appear under “artist” and “music style” as well as one sub-category that should appear under “album.” 3) None of the posts contain the correct tags in the headings (some have one or two correct tags but are missing 3 or 4 others, some have several incorrect tags mixed in with some correct tags, and still some have just one incorrect tag and no correct tags; none have all correct tags with no incorrect tags… OK, I’m confused now…). Anyway, I don’t know when exactly it did this. I haven’t checked my blog since Friday at 1 am Central Time, so it could have gotten messed up anytime since then. Whatever you can do, I would appreciate it! Thanks so much! WordPress is awesome and this forum is a lifesaver! :)

I’m also still having problems with categories. Only 2 of my categories are displaying in my Categories list widget.
Anyone know how much longer until the problem have been fixed?

Edit: Yay! The Conscious Living category in the sidebar is now fixed.
The new question is why is this category not appearing on the “post info” tags on the posts themselves? (Theme – Redoable Lite) -
All my posts, bar the top one, “Change” are showing as uncategorized. My tag cloud is out of date: I have just (18 hours ago) used ‘personal’ for the first time, but it is not appearing in the tag cloud.

LGBTQ ResourcesAlso, a link I added to my blogroll tonight does not appear in the sidebar, although it and the links above all still show on my dashboard.

Looks like this is the place to post this…
My categories are all wonky. Categories shown at end of posts were not ones I originally assigned. When I open edit menu however, they show there.

Things are getting worse, not better…
I cant do anything with it.
My catagories under links display, then they dont, then they do. Now they are all gone!
