Categories not showing

  Running 3.2.1, using Atahualpa theme 3.5.1. Recently upgraded to 3.2.1, now categories are not showing in Category admin, category widget, or on posts. However, still shows 10 categories in admin home page, and list them in the check box area on post editor (but you cannot check them — everything is Uncategorized).

  Any ideas on this one?
