Categories not showing on products page

  Hi,

  Getting frustrated and feel like I’ve tried everything without a positive outcome so looking for some assistance please. Currently got a ticket open with support – copy of which is shown below.

  ‘Summary of the issue:
  Not all your categories are showing up on the woocommerce shop page (front-end), even though they have active products assigned to them.
  Things we’ve tested:
  So far, I’ve done the following:
  Checked the category settings, which were fine
  Re-saved the site permalinks. Sometimes this forces links to clear. Unfortunately, this didn’t work this time around.
  Made sure that the products that are on your site are active and can be seen from the outside
  Verified that it’s not the theme; the problem persists with Storefront active
  Next steps:
  What I’d like you to test next is whether there are any plugin conflicts. You can do this by following these steps:
  Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
  Test to see if the issue has been resolved.’

  I have disabled all plugins as requested and this did not fix the issue. I am running a virtue Premium theme however have also tried Storefront at the request of support and the issue still remains.

  Any help would be appreciated especioally since i am not an expert and this is my first dealings with woocommerce and the products section.

  A woocommerce happiness engines cleared my site cache and that brought in all the categories:
