categories not showing up in menu

Hey,
Just a quick question, I’m quite new Word Press and having a bit of trouble with menus.
In the Menu option I have added the categories and saved the menu but when I view the site they are not showing on the menu bar, I have tried setting up Pages as a trial and they display fine, but the categories are not. Any suggestions?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have you assigned Categories to any posts and published them yet? There must be one published post in a Category before it will display.

I have assigned categories to posts there’s only one post assigned to each category but they’re definitely assigned.
