Categories Not Showing Up in my Single Blog Post

  I am noticing on my site: http://dev.ncpssm.org.tempdomain.com/entitledtoknow/social-security-medicare-financially-sound-not-going-bankrupt-says-trustees-report/

  I do not see my categories displayed under the title? Can someone assist me?
