Categories not showing up on Monochrome Theme

  Hi there, I am obviously new to the blogging scene, and am having a hard time with categories. I chose Monochrome because I want the categories to be on top instead of the pages. I have 5 categories: food, travel, nature, recipes and the generic uncategorized. But on my blog, it only shows up as my original couple that I had on there, as of last night (food, travel)…why won’t my other categories show up? I tried logging out and logging back in. No luck. Anyone have a trick? I hope I am making sense!
