Categories pages

    Is there a way to edit a categories landing page? I’d like to be able to add text at the beginning of the page, as well as edit the blocks showing the title of each post on that page – for instance, by adding a short description and a photo to the post previews. Thanks!

    Hi there,

    This is only possible in the newest themes that support the Full Site Editor. You can edit the template of all category pages called Archive in those themes. Unfortunately, you can’t individually create a different layout for each one of your categories.

    There are specialized themes and website-building plugins that might allow you to create separate pages for each one of your categories. Those themes and plugins can be installed on your site if you upgrade to the Pro plan.
