Categories Showing The Full Blog Posts

  My website is https://tomclement1.wordpress.com/

  I’m adding menus to my website, based around the categories the posts are in; games and articles.

  When I click on the menu, it shows the entire blog posts in those categories. Is there a way to stop this? At best I would like a similar thing to my front page, with a view of all of the posts in the category, but without seeing all of the text. Is this possisble?

  Hey tomclement1,

  Right now, you’re showing the complete post instead of an excerpt.

  You can create an excerpt (A small part of the content) for each post from the post editor. Check this. https://en.support.wordpress.com/excerpts/#creating-excerpts

  And you can manually add the “More” Tag or use the button from the editor. Please read this. https://en.support.wordpress.com/more-tag/
