Categories STOPPED WORKING again for posts

  I post pretty frequently. My most recent post WILL NOT show up in any of the categories I’ve marked it with. My blog is in English.

  This has happened before. The only solution anyone mentioned was changing the language in “settings”, logging out, then going back in and re-setting the language in English.

  I’ve done this several times and it hasn’t helped. I’ve also deleted the post and re-posted it, and added and subtracted categories. Don’t help.

  Are there any staff working on this glitch which KEEPS HAPPENING?

  It appears to have STARTED WORKING again.

  Thanks if anyone did anything.

  Sorry to bother you if it’s just something that naturally happens and I need to learn patience.

  (but is delayed gratification really gratifying?)

  Sorry, I mis-spoke.

  The only category it seems to appear in is “Democrat”, but none of the other categories I’ve marked it for.

  Anyone know what gives?

  Edit the post and save it again (after you re-marked categories you wanted). Or may be you want to change your default category? You can do that from dashbord – settings – writing setting.

  I was told:

  Hi,
  There is no glitch. You are using too many tags. Any post with 12 or more tags and categories will not display in global tag listings.

  Changed it & it seemed to work.

  Help pls – I am new at this and I would like to know why a photo I embedded in a post did not appear when I accessed the post via the category function. The post including text and image did appear on the home page, but only the text appered when accessed via categories. Is this how it is supposed to work. I am tryng to create a student photo album section on my blog. thanks Roselyn

  Probably just because you are using one of the themes that are designed to display the beginnings of posts when you click on a category or archive page. (You are using Neo-Sapien, aren’t you?) You’ll have to search for a different theme.

  Category function STOPPED WORKING again

  This seems to happen on a regular basis.

  What gives?
