Categories went away, cannot fix or delete them

hello,
big problem, today I tried to rename categories without success because the “slugs was used in other terms” then finally renamed them from beach to beach wallpapers, but with “Parent” and my website exploded,
Now I cant see any category , cant to edit, cant to add new, cant to delete,
I please you to help me. There is no problem if you delete all posts , I have a backup…The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Go to your Category page and select the categories you want to delete, then under Bulk Actions, select Delete.
