'Categories' widget no longer working

My website/blog was created using a customized version of the Mercury theme. Until recently, I could click on my Categories drop down menu, select one of the categories and have all my blog posts on that topic would be pulled up. Now, I get nothing at all, just a blank page. According to link to discussion thread above, some themes are having this issue. Any help will be appreciated.

I tried ‘upping’ the number of posts in my archive, thinking perhaps not enough of my postings were available, but that didn’t help at all.

The site you are having issues with is a WordPress.org self-hosted site. This forum is for WordPress.com hosted sites. The correct forum for WordPress.org self-hosted sites is http://wordpress.org/support. You will need to go there and create a separate account for the support forums there.
