Hi,
When you visit my blog page you can only see the ‘about me’ post.
I believe your “About” page is a static page, rather than a post. If it was a post it would be dated. I was unable to find your blog page. Have you assigned a blog (posts) page, as described in the Set a Static “Home” Page (Front Page) support page?

Do you mean that you want your menu to include post categories, which when clicked on will each display a page of posts in a certain category? If so, that can easily be accomplished.
Relevant support pages include:
The first thing to do is to assign categories, one or more, to each of your posts. Next, provide links to category pages in a custom menu. Each category page will display only posts assigned to that category.

Hi Louie!
Currently in your Customizer, the blog is set to display a static front page, rather than your latest blog posts.
To change this, head over to Dashboard > Customize > Static Front Page and under “Front page displays“, choose “Your latest blog posts“.
This will display your posts on the home page. :)
Additionally, if you want post categories to appear in the menu (where Home and About buttons are displayed), go to Dashboard > Menus, create a menu with category pages and assign it to one of the available menu locations.
