Categorizing Post/

  Hello, I’ve just started a blog for one of my classes, I’m very new to this so please be patient with me. One of our assignments is to make pages such as Academics, Personal, Reflection, etc. The problem I’m having is that I would like to have certain posts go to certain pages. Example. I’m made a post about a reflection on a test I took, I want to put this post in the reflections page however, I can’t. Instead, when I make a page, it treats the whole page as one post rather than a place where I can place certain post. I would like to do something similar to this blog

  They have a page (Basic Blogging) and a bunch of links to posts that relate to Basic Blogging. I want to be able to do this as well, not sure if my theme? will allow it. Thank you for your time, I look forward to reading the responses!

  Hi there
  What you want to do may be accomplished by following the instructions in:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ and
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
  BUT
  That will put all blog entries on one page. You could try doing the blog entries in Portfolios, and having each separate portfolio on different pages…
